I think for many of us graphic designers, we are unaware of who Tim Berners-Lee actually is. Everyone is aware that the World Wide Web started somewhere, but many of us ignorantly accept that it exists without questioning the intelligence behind it. I found this article quite astonishing, that even at the Olympics Opening Ceremony in 2012 many were unaware of who he was and why he was there.
I am really interested to discover more about him and how the World Wide Web came about.
